Shit happens. Sometimes expectations and reality are misaligned.

 

If we measure you, either in person, or over a virtual measurement consultation and your gear does not fit well we will make it right.

 

This is handled case by case but there's typically two routes we take:

Option A:

• We remake the thing, we remeasure, use the original thing to help us see where we went wrong. 
• No cost to you
  

 

Option B:

• If a complete remake is not necessary one of our alteration partners will be happy to help modify the item. This is usually the faster, friendlier, and better option.
• No cost to you
