Refund policy
Here is the updated policy with the new clause added under the Custom-Built section.
Hyper Naked Brand - Refund & Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your gear. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our policy below for returns, refunds, and cancellations.
1. Standard Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it.

The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
2. Custom-Built and Personalized Products
Due to the highly individualized nature of custom-fitted and personalized gear, custom items are not eligible for standard returns once production begins. * Cancellations: If you need to cancel a custom order, you may do so before production has started to receive a 90% refund (the 10% deduction covers non-refundable merchant processing fees). Once the manufacturing process is underway, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.

Production Variations: Please note that digital graphic mockups and final physical production items may differ slightly in color, placement, or finish. Requests for remakes or refunds based on these variations are evaluated and offered on a strict case-by-case basis.
3. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. However, if you are returning an item because it arrived defective or damaged, Hyper Naked Brand will cover the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Refunds Process
Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds: If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
5. Exchanges (Defective or Damaged Items)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same product, please reach out to our support team with your order number and photos of the defect, and we will arrange the exchange.
