Thank you for choosing Track Day Tailor for your custom motorcycle gear. We are committed to a transparent and straightforward process from order to delivery. We know you're excited to receive your gear, and this policy outlines our production and shipping procedures.

Our Custom Process & Production Timeline

Every piece of gear we create at our Woodfin, North Carolina facility is custom-made from scratch to your exact specifications. This is a meticulous process involving design confirmation, pattern creation, material sourcing, precise cutting, and expert assembly.

Our standard production lead time for all custom gear is 10 to 12 weeks.

  • This timeline begins once your order details and measurements have been fully confirmed and submitted.

  • This 10-12 week period is dedicated solely to the production of your item and does not include the time for shipping and transit.

  • While we strive to meet this timeline for every order, it is an estimate. We will communicate directly with you if any unforeseen delays arise during the production of your specific order.

Shipping Costs

To provide a seamless and clear pricing experience, all standard shipping costs are included in the final price of your product.

  • There are no additional charges for standard shipping to addresses within the contiguous United States.

  • For international customers, please see the "International Shipping" section below for important information regarding duties and taxes.

Order Shipment & Transit Times

Once your custom gear has passed its final quality assurance inspection, we will carefully package it for shipment.

  • You will receive a shipment notification email, including a tracking number, within 2-3 business days of production completion.

  • Domestic (U.S.) Shipping: We ship using reliable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Standard domestic transit time is typically 3-7 business days after your item has been dispatched.

  • P.O. Boxes: Please note that we may be unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses. A physical address is required for delivery.

International Shipping

We proudly serve riders around the globe. While the production timeline remains 10-12 weeks, please be aware that international transit times can vary significantly based on the destination country and its customs processing.

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: The recipient of the shipment is responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and local taxes (e.g., VAT) levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or the inclusive shipping cost. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your shipment on the carrier's website.

Shipping Address Accuracy

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of order. Track Day Tailor is not liable for packages that are lost, delayed, or returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Packages Damaged in Transit

Please inspect your package upon delivery. If you notice any significant damage to the box that may have affected your product, please take photos and contact us at kahlil@hypernakedbrand.com within 48 hours of receipt. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for detailed instructions.
